Oktoberfest starts this Saturday the 10th. Need to sign up and show up. Call John Bartley or Jim Miller.
Phone Book Deliveries start on September 24th (Saturday) and the 25th. If all books not delivered, then October 1st and 2nd.
President Michael told Scott Heule to remember King Neptune?!!.
John Stock is organizing PRYDE. PRYDE is usually right after RYLA. The District moved it from April 2017 to December 2016. The planning meeting is on September 17th. If you wish to go with John Stock to this meeting there is room to car pool. Registration and all the details for PRYDE will be worked out at that meeting.

President Michael asked for a report on the Luau. Gary Doktor is ready! $5.00 Gary reported the $4,445.00 was contributed to the Rotary Foundation, at the Luau.
Program:
Ron Peavy and Dave Johnson step in and provided the program. The first part of the program went over the attendance requirements in the new Bylaws. The updated Bylaws and the Manual of Procedure applicable to the Bylaws has been sent to all members. As a point of Information Rotary International has published a New Manual of Procedure. It may be downloaded from www.rotary.org The second part of the program, Ron Peavy asked four groups of Rotarians to write down the positives and negatives of the Club Operation. Ron Took all of the Comments and will be working with the Board to improve the Club’s Operation. After some discussion the meeting was adjourned.
